As a Pilates mat instructor I know how essential mobility is. But two and a half years ago, after tearing my meniscus during a Taekwondo class, the pain became unbearable, and I was later diagnosed with osteoarthritis in that knee. I struggled with walking, a devastating blow as I couldn't take my dogs for a walk.
