“Definitely the best Pilates teacher I’ve had. With my flexibility no one else has ever picked up on the subtle differences in how I perform Pilates move. Until Charmaine picked it. Even I didn’t know I wasn’t doing it right. This has made such a difference to how I feel as I’m now not straining muscles that shouldn’t be used I’m only using my core. This has improved my strength and reduced my neck and back pain. I’m in pain if I miss my Pilates classes.
Charmaine is devoted to making sure her students get the most out of Pilates and pays particular attention to individual needs. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
