  • Keep a hand towel and water bottle handy.

  • Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings instead of baggy pants. Non-slip socks are recommended.

6. Communication with instructor:

  • Each Online classes are typically without music to ensure better audio clarity.

  • At this stage of our lives, our body will feel differently everyday. You may wake up some mornings and feel fabulous, other days, not so.

For this reason, I will ask you every single lesson how you are feeling that day. It doesn’t matter how trivial you pain or discomfort may be, let me know, as I will apply modification to the necessary exercises.

  • Feel free to ask for exercise repeats or clarifications if needed.

I believe in quality over quantity. Listen to your body. If you feel tired or lose your core connection, take a break, recover and then rejoin the exercise.

Pilates is a personal journey; avoid comparing yourself to others.
