InHouse Pilates Terms and Conditions
Welcome to InHouse Pilate’s Terms of Use Agreement.
For purposes of this agreement, the following will apply:
Definitions
“Site” refers to the InHouse Pilate’s website, which can be accessed at www.inhousepilates.space
“Service” refers to InHouse Pilate’s services accessed via the Site, in which users attend live-streaming online Pilates Mat classes.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InHouse Pilate’s owner, representatives and related entities.
“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
“Live-steaming online Pilates Mat Classes'' means our at-home Pilates classes which are delivered online, via our Website.
“Website” means www.inhousepilates.space
“Instagram page” means our InHouse Pilate’s Instagram account at @inhouse_pilates
“Facebook” means our InHouse Pilate’s Facebook page @inhousepilatesspace
Please review the following Terms carefully. By viewing, accessing, using, or participating in our live-streaming online classes, or Services, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.
Live-streaming online Pilates Classes
As with any exercise, participation in our live-streaming online Pilates classes may involve certain risks to your health and safety.
By participating in our live-streaming online Pilates classes, you warrant that you are not suffering from any injury, illness, or conditions that may prevent or affect your safety in participating in our live-streaming online Pilates classes.
If you have never done Pilates before, we highly recommend that you attend our Foundation Pilates classes, to understand the basics principles of Pilates, prior to attending the Beginner’s classes.
By participating in our live-streaming online Pilates classes, you warrant that you are 18 years and/or have your parent/s/guardian’s permission to attend said classes.
Pregnancy
If you suspect or if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby, please first obtain medical advice before participating in any live-streaming online Pilates classes.
Your obligation
Live-streaming online Pilates classes are conducted at your own risk.
It is your sole responsibility to provide a safe area, clear from any obstacles that could either injure or impair your ability to do your class.
Only participate in the live-streaming online Pilates classes if you are fit to do so.
If you experience any dizziness, shortness of breath, or feeling faint, you must stop and seek immediate medical advice before continuing with live-streaming online Pilates classes.
Limitation of Liability
InHouse Pilates accepts no responsibility for any injuries, damage, or death that may occur to yourself and/or equipment or furniture use at home.
You, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives agree to fully indemnify and release InHouse Pilates and its associated entities, employees, and contractors from any and all liabilities, claims, loss, damage, or expense of any kind including personal injury, property damage/loss, or death occurring during the live-streaming online Pilates classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise including all expenses, including legal fees that arise from your use or misuse of the Website, Facebook or Instagram pages or your breach of these Terms of Use (please see our ‘www.inhousepilates.space/waiver-form for further details).
Privacy Policy
InHouse Pilates respects the privacy of its Service users. Please refer to InHouse Pilate’s Privacy Policy (found here www.inhousepilates.space/privacy-policy) which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. When you access or use the Service, you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Use.
About the Service
The Service allows you to attend live-streaming online Pilates Mat Classes.
Registration, Rules For User Conduct and Use of the Service
If you are a user of our Service, you will need to complete a ‘Pre-Pilates Questionnaire, a “Waiver form” and have read and understood these Terms of Use prior to booking any classes
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your zoom login details. InHouse Pilates will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the unauthorized use of your login details.
Use Restrictions
Your permission to use the Site is conditioned upon the following use, posting, and conduct restrictions:
You agree that you will not under any circumstances:
access the Service for any reason other than your personal, non-commercial use solely as permitted by the normal functionality of the Service,
collect or harvest any personal data of any user of the Site or the Service
use the Site or the Service for the solicitation of business in the course of trade or in connection with a commercial enterprise;
distribute any part or parts of the Site or the Service without our explicit written permission (we grant the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices but retain the right to revoke this permission at any time on a general or specific basis);
use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities;

These links are provided as a courtesy to Service subscribers. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that we and our licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of any kind related to the Service, including applicable copyrights, trademarks, all live-streaming online Pilates classes, content, photographs, videos, and any other material on the Website, our Instagram and Facebook pages.
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) in InHouse Pilates belongs to InHouse Pilates.
You may not reproduce, copy, share, sell or deal with any of InHouse Pilates materials of any kind without InHouses Pilates’ express written consent.
General
Our instructors are not medically qualified and therefore will refrain from providing any medical advice.
InHouse Pilates reserves the sole right to change these Terms of use from time to time, without notifying you.
These Terms of Use, your use of this website and Services, and any dispute arising from these are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
Cancellations
24 hours notice must be provided or class/session will be charged.
Cancellations can be made via phone or email.
Payments
Payments are due by the first of the month.
